Panafrican Announces Management Changes

TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwire) — 06/06/12 — The Board of Directors of the Panafrican Group is pleased to announce that after careful consideration it has decided to accelerate the company-s management succession plan.

The following changes are effective immediately:

In addition, McCaw and Hughes have extended their contracts with the Panafrican Group, reflecting their commitment and belief in the growth potential of the company.

This transition will enable Panafrican to focus additional resources on its mining clientele, which is a rapidly growing market for Panafrican across all of its territories.

McCaw has 20 years of general management experience, including 12 years in distribution and construction companies. His leadership and organization expertise will allow Panafrican to continue to grow while maintaining its status as a provider of world-class service and support to its customers.

Hughes has more than 24 years of Komatsu distribution experience in both the mining and construction sectors of Africa and Australia. Kevin-s leadership and expertise will allow Panafrican to enhance the value-added service and support that it provides to its mining clients across Africa.
