Morabito („Mr. Morabito“) announces that he, through a company that he controls (the „Joint Actor“) has acquired 986,016 common shares („Shares“) of Golden Raven Resources Ltd. (the „Company“) at a price of $0.01 per Share. Mr. Morabito, together with the Joint Actor, now beneficially owns or controls 2,986,016 Shares (approximately 10.74% of the issued and outstanding Shares). The Shares were acquired for investment purposes in a private purchase.
Although Mr. Morabito and the Joint Actor have no present intention to increase their ownership, Mr. Morabito or the Joint Actor may increase or decrease their ownership of the Company from time to time based on investment considerations.
