Through a wealth of experience in ‘Building New Solutions’, the development and implementation of individual, high-quality project solutions, Lindner is the leading company in Europe for interior fit-out, facades and insulation engineering.
For more than 45 years it is the aim of Hans Lindner to offer clients the seamless construction of an entire building. To meet all possible project requirements for interior fit-out, facade constructions and insulation engineering, Lindner has an extensive range of areas ‘Concepts – Products – Service’.
Global Player from Lower Bavaria As an international company the Lindner Group conducts production plants and subsidiary companies with about 5,500 employees in more than 20 countries worldwide. The reliability and quality of the products is confirmed by around 1,500 international reference projects. The activities of the Lindner Group range, among others, from the fit-out of multi-storey office buildings, airports and railway stations to hospitals and clean rooms.
Currently already 45 % of the company’s performance is made in foreign countries. This is due to the 30 years lasting international distribution of Lindner quality products. Numerous large-scale projects on all continents are testament of the company’s proficiency. Among them are many well-known references such as the Heydas Aliyev Center in Azerbaijan, the complete fit-out of the Dubai Metro Line and the construction of Terminal 5 at the Heathrow Airport in London.
“According to our estimates, though, Germany is and will remain our primary market,” explains Veronika Lindner, chief financial officer of the group. “However the importance of current projects in Germany, like the European Central Bank in Frankfurt and the ‘Kö-Bogen’ in Dusseldorf, should not be underestimated.”
It’s all about Green Building The success of the Lindner Group at national and international projects arises not least from the great environmental awareness of the innovative family’s company.
“We always strive to implement customised projects by taking into consideration all ecological, economical and social aspects. ’, asserts Veronika Lindner. As a founding member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and due to their LEED and BREEAM expertise, the company is capable of constructing buildings to meet current green building standards.
Helping others is like helping yourself Hans Lindner, the company’s founder, puts particular attention on social responsibility. He initiated two non-profit organisations in order to express his gratitude for the group’s success. In 1991, he established the ‘Hans Lindner Stiftung’, which finances the ‘Arnstorfer Parkwohnstift’ and promotes different aid projects in Romania and Uganda. And in 1999 he set up the ‘Hans Lindner Institute for business start-ups’ to support young people on their path to independency. Two years later, both institutions merged to become ‘Hans Lindner Foundation’.
“We founded the ‘Arnstorfer Tafel’ in 2002. Since then, our organisation has helped to distribute food to local residents who are in desperate need. We are very proud to announce that we currently supply a total of about 900 people with food. ’, emphasises Hans Lindner on the occasion of the 10th anniversary.
