Suction of Oil Smoke and Aquatensid of Hardening Machines

Mai 10 11:57 2010

We were set the task to efficiently analyze the extent of the contamination and feed back the exhaust air into the hall air in clean condition. The piping was to be made gas and oil proof. No colored vapors and gases were to escape from the system.

At the front part of the hardening system, the material is quenched with oil.
The collection of the smokes generated during this process is done in the rear part via nozzle plates which have proven to be perfectly suited as collection means. The oil smoke produced is sucked and filtered using an electrostatic LTA air filter model Air Champion 3062.

In the rear part of the system, the material is tempered once again and cooled using an aquatensid. In order to suck and filter the aquatensid, three high-capacity air filters type AC 2000 Solid are used to grant the requested cleanliness of the air.

Within the shortest of time, the system was assembled and handed over to the customer in turn-key condition.
