The Supreme Court of British Columbia Confirms Composition of Special Committee and Changes Date of Requisitioned Special Meeting to January 15, 2013

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwire) — 11/26/12 — The special committee (the „Committee“) of the Board of Directors (the „Board“) of Xemplar Energy Corp. (the „Company“) (TSX VENTURE: XE)(FRANKFURT: E7R)(NAMIBIAN: XEM)announced that, further to its press release of November 13, 2012, the Supreme Court of British Columbia has issued several orders in connection with the previously announced requisitioned meeting of shareholders (the „Meeting“).

The Supreme Court of British Columbia issued the following orders on November 23, 2012:

The Meeting is scheduled to take place on January 15, 2013. The record date for determining shareholders entitled to notice of the Meeting and to vote at the Meeting will be December 6, 2012.
