Heraeus Microbond Assembly Materials welcomes the distribution expertise to be provided by Technica U.S.A. Headquartered in San Jose/CA. Technica is to distribute the complete range of Heraeus solder pastes, adhesives and other related products on the American market. They will also cover the Canadian market in addition to the local one.

Technica has served the electronics industry for over 25 years with a broad portfolio of products. The facilities are outfitted to properly store and handle all types of materials, including temperature sensitive products.
