The new Regulation 528/2012, concerning biocidal products (‘BPR’) will apply as of September 1st, 2013. It limits the marketability of nanomaterials. AgPURE, made by ras materials GmbH, will be one of the few remaining products, being allowed to stay on the market continuously.
