(„Southern Legacy“ or the „Company“) (TSX VENTURE: LCY) (BVL: LCY) is pleased to announce the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the „Meeting“) held on December 6, 2013 in Lima, Peru. At the Meeting, the shareholders elected Messrs. Andres Milla, Fernando Pickmann, Anthony Hawkshaw, Darryl Jones and John Larson to the Board of Directors of the Company (the „Board“).
In addition, the shareholders also approved resolutions approving: (i) the appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year and authorizing the directors to fix their fee, and (ii) the renewal of the Company-s Incentive stock option plan.
