(„Solid Gold“) (TSX VENTURE: SLD) announced today that it has scheduled an annual and special shareholders meeting for April 25, 2013. Solid Gold was not required to hold its annual shareholders meeting until August 18, 2013 but accelerated the meeting date in light of the shareholder requisition for a meeting (announced on December 12, 2012).
