Softing OPC UA .NET Development Toolkits V1.01 Support Historical Access Softing releases Version 1.01 of its OPC UA .NET Development Toolkits, now supporting Historical Access. Both Client and Server Development Toolkits support all available Historical Access features allowing access to historical data (e.g. for calculating average temperatures over a given time). Softings OPC UA .NET Toolkits enable developers to build OPC UA clients and servers for moving data and information from the factory floor to the enterprise level in .NET for Windows.
The OPC UA .NET Development Toolkits V1.01 will be available from July 19, 2012. Fully functional, limited runtime demos as well as a detailed Release Note can be downloaded from http://industrial.softing.com from this date on.
New samples describe the usage of Historical Access for both client and server. Furthermore, demos are available supporting historical data and events access for client and server. New Historical Access documentation articles were added for Deployment and Security, Programmer-s Guide and Programming Samples. A number of additional features involving OPC compliance, performance improvements and trace mechanism make the OPC UA .NET Development Toolkits V1.01 fully Test Tool Compliant.
