Hawley, Brian Lock, Luc Pelchat, David W. Smalley and Andrew Lee Smith as directors of the Company at the Company-s annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 25, 2013.
At the meeting, the Company-s shareholders also approved the renewal of the Company-s stock option plan and the adoption of the advance notice policy for director nominations, as set out in the Company-s management information circular dated May 21, 2013.
