(TSX VENTURE: RKR)(LMA: RKR)(„Rokmaster“ or the „Company“) announces that further to its news release dated September 23, 2013, the Company has completed the issuance of 1,000,000 common shares to AM Gold Inc. under the terms of the amending agreement entered into on September 18, 2013 with respect to the Pinaya project. The shares issued are subject to a four month hold period from the date of issuance.
