April 25 14:12 2012

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwire) — 04/25/12 — Rockridge Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: RRC) („Rockridge“; the „Company“) is pleased to announce that drilling operations have resumed at the Fatou gold project, located in southern Mali, west Africa.

Rockridge President, Karl Kottmeier, said, „I am happy to report that our drill program at the Fatou gold project has resumed. The Fatou camp was unaffected by the recent political turmoil in Mali and our exploration work is now fully underway. We are encouraged by the news coming from Bamako this morning that a provisional government is now in place in Mali and we expect that a federal election will follow in due course. Rockridge is currently waiting to receive results from the over 16,000 samples currently in for assay at the Bamako laboratory.“

ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ROCKRIDGE CAPITAL CORP.
