Rockgate Intersects 0.55% U3O8 and 422 g/t Silver Over 2 Metres, Falea Uranium-Silver-Copper Project, Mali

Juli 26 11:00 2011

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwire) — 07/26/11 — Rockgate Capital Corp. (TSX: RGT) (the „Company“) is pleased to announce assay results from 13 infill diamond drill holes completed in the North Zone. Seven of the 13 holes lie along an east-west section between the Plateau Edge Structure (PES) and the Road Fault helping to define a new trend of high-grade uranium and silver mineralization from the Road Fault east across the PES. Highlights of the program are presented in Table 1.

Rockgate president Karl Kottmeier commented, „The discovery of high grade uranium and silver well outside of the Plateau Edge Structure area is very exciting. This gives us even greater confidence that additional high grade mineralization may be resident within and outside of the known Falea resource area.“

Section 1 360 425 N

Seven diamond drill holes were aligned along section 1 360 425 N at a hole spacing of approximately 50 metres, between the Road Fault and the PES. Table 2 lists drill holes along the section from east to west.

East of Road Fault

North of Section 1 360 425 N, four diamond drill holes show significant variability in both uranium and silver grades. The best hole, DF-326 returned 0.55% U3O8 and 422.0 g/t Ag over 2 metres. The strong yet variable grades in this area may reflect the lack of an observed single strong controlling structure between the PES and the North Fault. Additional drilling is planned to cover this area in the next few weeks.

South of Section 1 360 425 N

Two diamond drill holes tested south of Section 1 360 425 N. DF-362, drilled 50 metres south of DF-366, intersected strong silver mineralization associated with variable uranium mineralization over a true width of 8.0 metres. DF-359 lies 125 metres southeast of DF-363. Further drilling is required to define the southern boundary of the North Zone, which remains open to the east, northeast, southeast, west, and northwest.

2011 Drill Program

The Company is currently conducting an extensive program of diamond drilling at Falea with 3 components.

Christopher J. Wild, P.Eng., Project Manager for Falea, is the Qualified Person for the Company under NI 43-101. All core samples are cut in half on site and sent to ALS-Chemex in Bamako for direct shipment to ALS-Chemex in Johannesburg, South Africa, for ICP-MS and XRF analysis. The Company inserts a standard, blank and requests a duplicate sample be run in every batch of 20 samples. In addition, the lab inserts in-house blanks, standards, and duplicates with each shipment. Data that falls outside the control limits are checked and repeated as necessary.
