WINDSOR, ONTARIO — (Marketwire) — 08/20/12 — Reko International Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE: REK) today announced that the sale of 5390 Brendan Lane and 5385 Brendan Lane, previously announced on June 11, 2012, is closed. The gross proceeds of the sale were $3,000,000. Net proceeds of $2,800,000 were used to reduce the Company-s mortgage payable.
