PR Global Concept receives contract from Hansa Group AG for Consultancy Services

PR Global Concept spezialised on Webmarketing, Pubic & Investor Relations has signed the contract after it could pursuade Hansa Group with its concept and measurement planning for mainly IR Services, which already have been implemented since March of this year.

Beside IR Consultancy Services PR Global Concept supports Hansa´s Management team with regards to

– Corporate Finance and Rating issues
– Restructuring and Coporate Performance Management
– Changeover from German HGB to IFRS Balancing of year end audits
