PLYMOUTH, MI — (Marketwire) — 08/23/12 — Perceptron, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRCP) today announced that Perceptron-s Chief Financial Officer, Jack Lowry, will ring the closing bell on NASDAQ on Monday, August 27, 2012 in celebration of its 20th anniversary of being listed on NASDAQ.

The ceremony will take place at the NASDAQ MarketSite at 4 Times Square, 43rd & Broadway, New York City, in NASDAQ-s Broadcast Studio on Monday, August 27, 2012 from 3:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET. A live webcast of the NASDAQ Closing Bell will be available at: .
