(TSX: PDN)(ASX: PDN) (Paladin or the Company) is pleased to announce that the finalisation and registration of the security documentation supporting the previously announced US$200M prepayment (see Paladin released dated 15 August 2012) has now been completed.
The prepayment will be made in tranches to be completed by no later than 31 January 2013.
