Orbite Announces Change to its Board of Directors

MONTREAL, QUEBEC — (Marketwired) — 12/10/14 — Orbite Aluminae Inc. (TSX: ORT)(OTCQX: EORBF) („Orbite“ or the „Company“) announced today that following his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold, Mr. Shaun Usmar resigned, effective today, from his position as Director of the Company.
