LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC — (Marketwire) — 06/05/12 — Odyssey Resources Limited („Odyssey“ or the „Company“) (TSX VENTURE: ODX) announces that in accordance with section 3.2(b) of the TSX Venture Exchange (the „Exchange“) Policy 2.5, the Exchange has advised the Company that Odyssey is required to provide a submission to the Exchange on or before September 4, 2012 evidencing that it meets Tier 2 continued listing requirements („CLR“). If Odyssey does not satisfy the Exchange that it meets Tier 2 CLR, the Exchange may proceed to transfer the Company-s listing to NEX. The Company is reviewing the requirements and assessing methods of retaining its listing on the Exchange.
