Expert Systemtechnik, provider of innovative, fully automatic cutting solutions for flexible materials, has launched a new CNC cutter for the precise cutting of single- or multi-layer materials such as leather, textiles, fabrics, foams and composites. The cutter cutEXPERT ecocam has a very compact and high-end cutter head and is equipped with easily exchangeable cutting tools. A driven rotating blade, an oscillation blade, a tangential controlled straight knife or a milling cutter can optionally be used and enable accurate, fast cutting.
One main advantage of the cutEPXERT ecocam is the electronic controlled Z-Axis which garantuees low-wear cutting and accurate cut parts. The cutEXPERT ecocam offers a powerful vacuum system without plastic to fix the material in order to allow low-cost and environment-friendly use. The innovative Expert-CAM-software controls the cutter automatically.
The cutting system is totally adapted to the customers requirements concerning size and equipment. An NC controlled spreading device with an automatic tension control, an edge guide control and a ply counter can also be attached. The application of the Expert nesting-software, f.ex. nestEXPERT textilnest, minimizes material waste.
Expert Systemtechnik presented the new cutter for the first time in September at the trade shows Composites Europe in Essen and FachPack in Nürnberg and shows it from the 27th of October till 3th of November on the K-Trade Fair in Düsseldorf, hall3 booth B51.
