N3, LLC and arvato Systems signed an agreement to establish a strategic reseller and distributor partnership to promote and sell the TV studio production tool ClipJOCKEY throughout the Americas. arvato Systems? ClipJOCKEY is a TV studio production tool for ingest and playout that is designed for operators who need to quickly find, cue, and play video clips. At present, 70% of all German TV shows, and a rising number of US TV shows, are produced with ClipJOCKEY. arvato Systems and N3 signed a partnership agreement that covers ClipJOCKEY sales in North, Central, and South America. arvato Systems produces the software solution; however, both companies will collaborate on the planning and execution of marketing activities. The partnership with N3 offers arvato Systems the support of a global strategic sales and marketing service provider. N3 will use its sales execution organization to resell and distribute ClipJOCKEY direct and through partner relationships with broadcast systems integrators.
