New: Montech Profile System in Size 30

Februar 21 09:05 2014

Quick-Set 30 is particularly suitable for substructures of Montech conveyor belts, Quick-Set 40 for precise dimensionally-stable connections like protection devices, and Quick-Set 20 for the quick mounting of structures such as laboratory equipment, factory or office workplaces, and machine vision installations.
The dovetail mounting system with clamping elements ensures an accurate, vibration-resistant connection with high load capacity. Dovetail connections can be subjected to larger loads than T-slot connections; closed profiles offer higher stiffness as a result of their geometry.

“Quick-Set has been proving its flexibility and versatility in countless constructions and structures over the years. The new size 30 combines proven characteristics with new benefits. The 30 mm wide dovetail geometry offers adequate stiffness with smaller material volumes,” said Gianluca Aloisi, Director Sales. “All structures are more lightweight while preserving the necessary stability.”

Lightweight profile for machinery
All Quick-Set elements, from profiles to connectors, are made of aluminum. The load-bearing profiles have the following weights: Quick-Set 20 1.01 kg/m, Quick-Set 30 1.53 kg/m and Quick-Set 40 2.18 kg/m.
Quick-Set is used in machinery construction to ensure precise dimensionally-stable connections. The profile system connectors are vibration-resistant, therefore suitable for heavy-duty applications.

Easy, quick and precise adjustment
The Quick-Set Profile System offers quick mounting and installation without any mechanical processing of profile ends. It can be adjusted easily, quickly and precisely, without the need for drilling or pinning. All fastening screws are always accessible. The structures can be easily disassembled and reused; dovetail joints leave no residual drilling holes.
