(TSX VENTURE: FSM) (the „Company“) wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Gary Nordin as a director of the company effective immediately. Mr. Nordin has stepped down in an effort to reduce his workload, but has agreed to stay on as a Consultant and an Advisor to the company.
