TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 10/28/13 — Moly Mines Limited (ASX: MOL)(TSX: MOL) (the „Company“) held a General Meeting of shareholders today. Prior to the meeting the Company received resignations from directors Mr Michael Braham and Mr David Craig, to take effect at the end of the General Meeting, As a result resolution 1, for the removal of Mr Michael Braham as director, and resolution 2, for the removal of Mr David Craig as a director, were withdrawn. The Company reports the following results of meeting:
As a result of the passing of Resolutions 3 and 4 put to the meeting, Mr Bruno Camarri AM and Mr Peter Mansell were appointed as directors of the Company today.
