NORTH ROCKVILE, MD — (Marketwire) — 04/13/12 — The U.S. Department of the Air Force has awarded LongView CIO Group, LLC a prime contract to provide management and professional support services to the Air Force Medical Service. Consultant, Advisory and Technical Services (CATS) is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract that has a five-year ordering period and a total ceiling value of $985,000,000.
Air Force Medical Services- (AFMS) mission is to develop plans, programs and procedures to support worldwide medical service missions in support of the warfighter and their families, as well as identifying shortfalls within current program plans and budget in order to field new technologies and services.
