LAC SEUL, ONTARIO — (Marketwire) — 09/21/11 — Chief Clifford Bull of the Lac Seul First Nation and President and CEO Howard Katz of Tamaka Gold Corporation („Tamaka“) are pleased to announce that they have signed an Negotiation Protocol (the „Protocol“) for the negotiation of an exploration agreement for outlining the terms of a collaborative and mutually beneficial working relationship in respect of, and the support of the Lac Seul First Nation for, Tamaka-s exploration within the District of Sioux Lookout, Ontario and the surrounding area, some of which is in traditional territories asserted by Lac Seul First Nation. The Protocol outlines the agenda and the process for conducting negotiations for establishing an exploration agreement. Topics to be addressed in the negotiations will include employment, training, economic and business opportunities and financial contributions, among others.
Tamaka is a Canadian junior resource company with offices in Toronto and Sudbury, Ontario. Tamaka is conducting exploration activities on its properties known as the Goldlund Property (which includes the KRP Deposit) near Sioux Lookout, Ontario, and the Rundle Swayze Properties near Timmins, Ontario.
