BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA — (Marketwired) — 05/14/13 — Intrepid Mines Limited (TSX: IAU)(ASX: IAU) hereby gives notice that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday 20 June 2013 at 11:00am (AEST) at the Stamford Plaza Hotel cnr. Edward & Margaret Streets, Brisbane, Qld 4000.
The purpose of the meeting will be to consider resolutions proposed by shareholders: Quantum Pacific Investment Limited, Fides Capital Partners Limited, All Victory Limited and Mr. Marcus Noel Tay under section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001.
