HOUSTON, TX — (Marketwired) — 08/26/13 — Intergraph has published a new case study that describes how CAESAR II helped PETROFAC (Saudi Arabia) succeed on the $5 billion Rabigh II refining and petrochemical project for Saudi Aramco and Sumitono Chemical. The project included engineering and design for a large new aromatics complex and facility expansion to process ethane and naphtha, with 248 systems requiring stress analysis. Petrofac chose Intergraph® CAESAR II® for the project deliverables which included stress isometrics using the ISOGEN tool plus calculations, plots, datasheets, and reports.
