KANSAS CITY, MO — (Marketwire) — 09/12/11 — Holland 1916, an industry leader in tag solutions, along with partners Xerafy and Field ID, will be showcasing new products specifically for the Oil and Gas Industry at the RFID in Energy conference being held September 20 in Houston, TX at the Sheraton North Houston.
In addition to existing products, Holland 1916 will be displaying two new rugged RFID tag solutions specifically for tubular and cylindrical oil field assets. The reusable DataSledge is comprised of high density synthetic material and can be applied to assets with stainless steel cables or bands. The DataRound is a stainless steel locking band with a stainless steel RFID transponder carrier welded permanently to the band. Both products are embedded with UHF transponders from Xerafy.
