(the „Company“) is pleased to announce that it has filed its financial statements for the years ended from September 30, 2005 to September 30, 2011. The British Columbia Securities Commission and the Alberta Securities Commission have issued full revocation orders for the cease trade orders imposed on February 7, 2006, and September 13, 2006, respectively, for failure to file the financial statements.
The Company now plans to look for a business to acquire for the purpose of re-listing on the main board of the TSX Venture Exchange.
