(TSX VENTURE: GER) is pleased to announce that it will extend, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the „Exchange“), the term of 5,500,000 common share purchase warrants (the „Warrants“) that were issued in connection with a $1,100,000 private placement that closed on April 20, 2011. The expiry date of the Warrants will be extended from April 20, 2013 to April 20, 2015.
