VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwire) — 02/21/13 — Galore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GRI) (the „Company“) proposes to extend by a further six (6) months, the expiry date of the following share purchase warrants („Warrants“):
If accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange (the „Exchange“), the Company will extend the expiry date of the 1,164,136 Warrants from April 26, 2013 to October 25, 2013, the 7,506,667 Warrants from March 15, 2013 to September 14, 2013, and the 10,250,000 Warrants from March 20, 2013 to September 20, 2013 (collectively the „Extended Expiry Dates“). All exercise prices of the Warrants will remain the same.
The application to amend the Warrants is subject to the Exchange-s acceptance, and the Company makes no assurances that the required acceptance for the extension of the terms of the Warrants will be granted.
