Therefore the company from Schlüsselfeld offers their customers and prospective customers effective services in the areas of product development and marketing in addition to the known high-tech commodity „Poraver“ worldwide.

With the close customer-supplier relationships constantly new applications and uses arise from which further market-ing potentials are derived. Therefore, the Dennert Poraver GmbH also provides comprehensive support for the market-ing segment:

– International Media Support
Poraver maintains a large pool of national and interna-tional press contacts that offer its customers the use of this public relations platform.

– International Trade Fair Presence
Poraver represents at national and international trade fairs that demonstrate their products and applications to customers and potential prospects.

– User Seal
Poraver provides an eye-catching user seal „with Po-raver enhanced“ to distinguish their product from the competition.

– Print support
Poraver develops and produces product information materials for its customers and channels them to a spe-cialist distributor with about 10,000 addresses.

– Sponsorship
Poraver helps with the presentation of product applica-tions, with internal and external events.

Professionals and potential prospects systematically learn through selected communication channels about new products, product enhancements and / or application possibilities.

Technical Support
For research, development and quality insurance, the existing testing laboratory has recently been extended to include the application laboratory and technical center. The invest-ment alone is an estimated 500,000 Euros by Dennert Poraver GmbH.
The technical center includes the entire production process in miniature form, from the recycled glass delivery to the fin-ished Poraver. In the application laboratory very individual formulations are designed and tested in collaboration with the customers. For this purpose our complete knowledge and all laboratory and test equipment (ovens, mixers, cli-mate controlled rooms, mills, rotary kilns, etc) are available.
For Poraver customers and prospects from all application and product areas, the Dennert Poraver GmbH provides a unique opportunity to carry out research, development and quality improvements to their products.
So once again the Dennert Poraver GmbH shows its out-standing performance and underlines its leading position as a competent and reliable lightweight aggregate manufac-turer.

The technical support in detail:
– Determination of the bulk density weight of the upper- and under layered grain and corresponding grading curve.
– Determination of pressure resistance and bending tensile strengths on aggregates, lightweight concretes plasters and mortars.
– Verification of tensile bond strength after different storage conditions.
– Testing of luminosity.
– Measurement of thermal conductivity.
– Use of the laser granulometer to determine the grain size (1-1.000 μm).
– Determine the material structure by means of light microscope images to a 60-fold and using SEM images up to 10,000-fold.
– Wet chemical analysis.
– Examination of the rheological properties.
– Testing of fresh mortar and fresh concrete properties.

Due to the close customer and supplier cooperation many synergies have already been formed resulting in complementary to completely new use and application areas.
Thus today Poraver is the aggregate for powerful flow, raw and composite materials in the building materials and construction chemicals industries as well as the plastics, auto-motive and offshore industries.
Customers in the segment of construction chemicals are particularly interested in Poraver-finest grain. For example the turnover of grain sizes 0.1 – 0.3 mm since 2001 produced has increased from 220 tonnes in 2002, to several thousand tonnes in 2008.
The increasing demand for finer fillers is accommodated by Poraver with an investment of 300,000 Euros to expand the production capacity and to drive the development of even smaller grain sizes (0.04 to 0.125 mm).
