This year-s highlight is a proven laser cutting system from the LCS range with a 400 watt Synrad sealed CO2 laser. „Power is our special strength, and not only with regard to the laser size“, explains experienced application engineer, Peter Neumann. Fitted with specially designed automation technology – the shuttle table system – which enables productivity to be increased by up to 70%, the precision cutting system which has proved its worth on thousands of occasions is now setting completely new standards for laser processing productivity. The major advantage of this ingenious option lies in the material carriers which can be easily changed within 4 seconds, thus making the system ready for the next processing cycle. Different material carrier concepts are also available depending on the requirements. At the same time, the materials which have already been processed can be ergonomically and easily removed from the replaced material carrier, and the table re-equipped. The shuttle table system is very easy to operate and increases productivity to an extent which often makes the procurement of a second system unnecessary.
Laser engraving systems and beyond: As a result of continuous and innovative developments, eurolaser will be putting its current laser engraving system to the test using the XS-610 as an example. Not only will the market be impressed by its extremely high engraving speed of almost 4,000 mm/sec or the high resolution of up to 1,200 dpi. Product marking at its finest: eurolaser will be unveiling the new QuickMark, a CO2 laser marking system for technical marking, protection against fakes, barcodes on products, serial numbers etc. This compact laser scanner impresses with high process speeds, a very high resolution and its flexibility in applications and various integration options. The QuickMark can be used both as a hand workstation and also be incorporated in manufacturing lines.
