TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 07/12/13 — Ethiopian Potash Corp. (the „Company“) (TSX VENTURE: FED) is pleased to announce that, as approved by shareholders of the Company at the annual and special meeting held on June 30, 2013, the Company has changed its name to „AgriMinco Corp.“
Effective at the opening of trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on July 15, 2013, the Company-s shares will begin trading under the name „AgriMinco Corp.“ and under a new stock symbol „ANO“.
The share capital of the Company remains unchanged. No exchange of certificates will be required. The new CUSIP and ISIN number in respect of the Company-s common shares are 00855X103 and CA 00855X1033, respectively.
