East Asia Minerals Announces Extension to Warrants

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwired) — 11/26/13 — East Asia Minerals Corporation (TSX VENTURE: EAS) („East Asia Minerals“ or „the Company“) announces that it has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange („TSX-V“) to extend the expiry date of a total of 29,450,000 share purchase warrants of the Company (the „Warrants“) three years from December 15, 2013 to December 15, 2016. The Company is not requesting a change in the exercise prices of the Warrants.

The Warrants were originally granted as part of a private placement which closed December 15, 2011. As per TSX-V policies, no warrants issued to agents in connection with their services rendered in connection with the private placement will be amended.
