VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwire) — 07/27/11 — Mr. David Patterson, Chairman of Donner Metals Ltd., (TSX VENTURE: DON)(FRANKFURT: D4M) reports that the Company is undertaking a private placement in an amount of $3,000,000. The private placement will consist of 8,108,108 flow-through common shares at a price of $0.37 per share.
The funds raised by way of the private placement will be used for the advancement of the Matagami Project, Quebec.
Fees and commissions will be payable in connection with the private placement. A portion of the private placement may be brokered. The private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
