MONTREAL, QUEBEC — (Marketwired) — 04/18/13 — D-Fense Capital Ltd. („D-Fense“ or the „Company“) (TSX VENTURE: DFC) announced today that it has changed its name to Freyja Resources Inc. The name change was approved by the shareholders at the Company-s annual meeting held on March 27, 2013.
The common shares of Freyja Resources Inc. (formerly D-Fense Capital Ltd.) will be listed for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as of the opening of business on April 19, 2013, under the new symbol „FRA“.
