Special emphasis is put on the the compatibility of the foils and adhesives used with other materials of the electrical engineering. In close cooperation with leading manufacturers appropriate adhesive tapes have been developed for all thermal classes. They are frequently UL-listed and can be found in insulation systems. All can be ordered individually cut in a width grading of 1/10 mm. In addition, stamping parts are manufactured from a variety of materials ? for example, also for electronics from thermally conducting insulation material. Combinations of copper foils with insulation serve as EMC shielding, punched foldable housing made of flame retardant foil replace a steel cage in electronic groups and laminated mechatronic components made of foil reduce manufacturing costs. The Elektronica is the traditional market place where manufacturers of winding material and electronic modules meet.
