(TSX VENTURE: CTN) („Centurion“, „the Company“) wishes to update its shareholders on the results of its Annual General Meeting held on March 2, 2012 in Vancouver, BC. Shareholders voted in favour of all management resolutions proposed in the Management Proxy Circular as listed below:
A Board of Directors meeting was held subsequent to the Annual General Meeting whereby the following re-appointments were made: Alfred Lenarciak as Chairman, David Tafel as President & CEO, Thomas Mulja, as Chief Operating Officer, Adrian Rothwell as Chief Financial Officer and Kenneth Cawkell as Secretary. Management also made a presentation with respect to progress during the fiscal year, objectives for the coming year, and an update on exploration activities including the commencement of drilling on the priority targets on the Banda Raya property in Northern Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia.
