(TSX: ARZ)(NYSE MKT: AZK) („Aurizon“ or the „Company“) is pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has today granted the final order approving the previously announced Plan of Arrangement with Hecla Mining Company.
Completion of the Arrangement is subject to various conditions, including Hecla receiving approval under the Investment Canada Act.
