LONDON, ENGLAND — (Marketwired) — 10/15/13 — Arian Silver Corporation (TSX VENTURE: AGQ)(AIM: AGQ)(FRANKFURT: I3A) („Arian“ or the „Company“), a silver exploration, development and production company with a focus on projects in the Zacatecas silver belt of Mexico, announces the appointment of Mr Dean Friday as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 15 October 2013.
Mr Friday, who is fluent in Spanish, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, and has significant experience in senior financial positions, most recently as Financial Analyst and Commercial Manager at Weatherly International plc. Mr Friday has a great deal of onsite and corporate experience in the mining industry and has spent several years in investment banking.
The position is currently a non-Board appointment.
