Arco Adjourns Annual General and Special Meeting

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwire) — 12/19/12 — Arco Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: ARR) („Arco“ or the „Company“) announces that it has adjourned its annual and special general meeting yesterday. The Company will reconvene the meeting on January 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time. Shareholders will be able to submit their proxies at any time prior to the start of the meeting.
