AlarmForce Announces the Resignation of Joel Matlin as a Member of the Board of Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 07/31/13 — AlarmForce Industries Inc. (TSX: AF) (the „Company“ or „AlarmForce“) announces that Joel Matlin has resigned as a director of the Company effective July 30th, 2013.

As announced on July 23rd, 2013, Mr. Matlin was terminated from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Company by a unanimous decision of the Board.
