Rockgate Extends North Zone to East at Falea Uranium-Silver-Copper Project, Mali

Juli 21 11:00 2011

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwire) — 07/21/11 — Rockgate Capital Corp. (TSX: RGT) (the „Company“) is pleased to announce assay results from 16 step-out and infill diamond drill holes completed over the eastern part of the North Zone. Highlights of the program are presented in Table 1.

The holes are aligned along 3 north-south sections, at a 50-metre hole spacing. The results show a strong silver domain extends across the northern portions of all 3 sections as seen in DF-333, DF-338, DF-339, and DF-357 for instance. Most of this area is outside the current resource boundary and holes within the resource model will significantly upgrade previously interpolated grades. All reported intervals are true lengths except DF-334, where the true length is 97% of the reported length.

Equally encouraging are strong U3O8 grades across true thicknesses of up to 10 metres over the southern portions of the 3 sections. Five previous drill holes had tested the southeast extension to mineralization with good success, encountering mineralized intervals that are relatively thick and uranium-rich (see Tables 2 and 3).

Both domains represent excellent step-out drill targets. The current drill plan is being adjusted to test these potential extensions in the coming weeks.

Section 251 550 E

Five diamond drill holes were aligned to test possible eastern fault offsets to the high-grade Plateau Edge Structure. Table 2 lists drill holes from north to south.

Section 251 600 E

Stepping 50 metres further east, these 5 drill holes stepped 125 metres further north on the east side. DF-333 and DF-334 stepped 300 metres east of the PES, discovering new high-grade silver-uranium mineralization that remains open to the east and southeast. To the south on section, previous drilling highlights strong U3O8 grades over better than average thicknesses, as described above. Table 3 lists drill holes from north to south.

Section 251 650 E

Section 251 650 E steps another 50 metres to the east from Section 251 600 E with 6 more drill holes aligned north to south across the eastern part of the North Zone. While the drill holes did not step as far north as on Section 251 600 E, the northernmost hole, DF-357 intersected the silver-rich domain, suggesting that domain may have an easterly trend. The southernmost 2 holes, DF-353 and DF-348 intersected strong U3O8 grades over 6.0 and 4.0 metres, respectively, suggesting a southeast control to this domain. Table 4 again lists drill holes from north to south.

2011 Drill Program

The Company is currently conducting an extensive program of diamond drilling at Falea with 3 components.

Christopher J. Wild, P.Eng., Project Manager for Falea, is the Qualified Person for the Company under NI 43-101. All core samples are cut in half on site and sent to ALS-Chemex in Bamako for direct shipment to ALS-Chemex in Johannesburg, South Africa, for ICP-MS and XRF analysis. The company inserts a standard, blank and requests a duplicate sample be run in every batch of 20 samples. In addition, the lab inserts in-house blanks, standards, and duplicates with each shipment. Data that falls outside the control limits are checked and repeated as necessary.
