(„Kazax“ or the „Company“) (TSX VENTURE: KZX) announces the resignation of Mr. Brian Egan as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Egan will continue to serve the Company as an advisor. While the Company continues to interview candidates as successor to Mr. Egan, the Company-s Chief Accountant, Ms. Nuriya Kamaledinova, will serve as Chief Financial Officer in a temporary capacity.
