More power for Q.brixx

Juni 24 11:50 2013

With the new controller Q.station now offers the portable measurement system Q.brixx more power. The standard features of the controller provide extensive logging capabilities. By up to four configurable internal logger with freely configurable data rates (up to 100 kHz), interval lengths, file sizes, trigger conditions, such as trigger source, pre-and post-trigger, as well as selectable storage media. The latter may be the internal flash with 5 GB, two USB devices or an ATA drive. Through the various storage media, it is possible to change during the storage process of the media without data loss.
With the graphical programming system test.con application-specific tasks, such as control flow, arithmetic logic functions and numerical functions, regulators, etc. can be programmed and downloaded to the controller. The integrated designer tool allows an individual HMI design that is given on the front panel DVI port on a standard screen.
With the new controller, the Q.brixx systems provide a standard EtherCAT and CAN interface in addition to the Ethernet interface. The system is compatible with the series Q.bloxx and can therefore be used, for example to the mobile supplement of stationary systems.
The compact design of the system allows, for example, a mobile system with 96 galvanically isolated analog input channels with a data rate of 10 kHz per channel. As the supply of this robust system in aluminum housing are 10 … 30 VDC enough.
