Successfully certified in only 10 months

In just 10 months the introduction, implementation of ISO 9001:2008 and the certification were successfully completed.
Because of the company-s strategic orientation, the software-based quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 of the e@sy process GmbH was chosen. Core module is the web-based database application comprising the electronic quality management manual.
Three people were the key players in the target-oriented and timely implementation of the quality management: Ms. Nikolay as the quality manager for ROTEC, Dirk Lötsch, Managing Director for e@sy process GmbH as the external project coach and Mr. Thon of the TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH as the auditor.
