VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwired) — 04/02/13 — Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TCK.A and TCK.B, NYSE: TCK) („Teck“) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Mark Edwards as Vice President, Community and Government Relations.
In this role, Dr. Edwards will report to the Senior Vice President, Sustainability and External Affairs and be responsible for Teck-s corporate sustainability strategy and community and government relations activities.
Dr. Edwards joined Teck in 1993 and has most recently held the position of Director, Environment. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Doctorate degree in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Calgary.
